Why stop them? Easier to defeat them.

I wonder if President Trump knows that his favorite general is a product of cousin marriage, married his cousin, and will be a grandfather to his daughter and nephew? What gift will Trump purchase for the wedding? LOL. Please post gift ideas.

Pakistan is not just a jihadi factory but it’s the place where shaadi.com meets ancestry.com. LOL.

Pakistan is sowing the seeds for it's dissolution. Nothing for India to object to.

I am sure that most Pakistanis are totally uninterested in these ill-effects, as the Quran does not prohibit consanguinous marriages! As long as there are enough able-bodied people in their country to join the armed forces and inflict thousand cuts on India or indulge in terrorist activities , any practice is fine.

What can one expect their role models are Arabs who have low IQs despite being affluent countries for almost two generations?

english being a under developed and unscientific language. you should clarify if the first cousin is brothers son or sisters son.

in hindus cousin marriage is prohibited by using Gothra as a reference. in south this is bypassed by saying that sisters son or daughter after marriage of their mother belong to different gothra hence cleared. however this rule doesn't apply in case of marriage between offspring of sisters. marriage between children of sisters are not allowed.

Gothra is a strong reason to protect against inbreeding.

I am from Bharadwaja gotra the most prolific gotra. My colleague from Haryana also is Bharadwaja. Countless generations separate us in very many ways from food habits onwards. Even so, we cannot marry from each others family. But I can marry my sister's daughter. Fortunately and consciously avoided. But amongst non-Brahmin Tamils such a system does prevail as "designated as bride by right" (முறை பெண்).

This practice must be banned by law. Let us learn from Iran and Saudi Arabia. The gotra sham must be condemned. Are our socioreligious leaders sensitive to this?

First cousin marriages and maternal uncle to niece marriages are a tradition among many Brahmin and nonbrahmin castes in South India..

True. But the practice of marriage between cousins or a person marrying his sister's daughter has declined considerably among Brahmins. I dont know whether it has decreased among backward caste Hindus. If it was a practice only among Brahmins there would have been a hue and cry by the 'progressive, political' class in India. However as it is probably quite common among non-Brahmins there is no such hue and cry.

As far as Pakistanis are concerned, I am sure that they are least interested in these ill-effects, as the Quran does not prohibit consanguinous marriages! As long as there are enough able-bodied people in their country to join the armed forces and inflict thousand cuts on India or indulge in terrorist activities , any practice is fine.

Hindus have Gothras and one cannot marry within the same Gothra. But in India also there is a custom of marrying mother’s brother marrying his sister’s daughter. It is considered one’s right to marry sister’s daughter! May be the Muslims of India and Pakistan adopted the Hindu custom.

Actually there was no adoption. Muslims of India are converts. They tried to imitate the Arabs and it has caused a serious generic issue which the Arabs don't face. There was this study done among Ansari Muslims of UP. Because of incestual marriages their cognitive and survival at birth rates were significantly lower than the other communities with the same socio-economic conditions. While surprisingly this is not seen with as much intensity in Saudi Muslims who practice incestual marriages too.

The genetic explanation is in time. The Saudis have been doing it since so long that they have outgrown of any aberrations that first cousin marriages cause. While it is a relatively new phenomenon among the South Asian converts.

Also, gotra is too far fetched. As long as it is not first cousin marriages, the negative effects decrease significantly. Many Hindu groups don't follow it strictly, or at all. I am from North India and in our hill community it is not followed. While uncle-niece marriages are common in some Hindu communities they are not as prevalent and increasingly declining to pose any threat.

what is the defeat of nephew? in English if 2 children of 2 brothers are considered as brother & sister in India (hindus) since they are of same gothra..but children between a brother and sister can marry since they are of different gothra (the sister after getting married belongs to the gothra of her husband). But in Muslim religion children between 2 brothers (offspring of the same mother) can marry...

Among other reasons to improve diversity, if any, this is probably why they like to get fresh women by Jihad and other means.
